More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm passionate about the relationships I have in my life. I would do anything for my friends and family. I want to grow and learn as much as possible while finding a good balance between work and having fun. Work hard, play hard! Laughing and finding joy in the little things in life is so important. I also care about keeping my body healthy and the the mind-body connection strong.

I typically spend my leisure time

Yoga, skiing, hiking, working out, concerts, reading, listening to music, spending time with my friends. A perfect summer day would include a Rockies game, time at Wash Park or Jazz in the Park. I'm trying to gear up for a couple races coming up, so running has been slowly reintroduced into my schedule.

The most influential person in my life has been

A confident, open-minded chap who likes to laugh, have great conversation and is comfortable in his own skin. I also appreciate loyalty, honesty, and intelligence. A partner in crime that I consider not only a great friend but also have chemistry and a connection with is ideal.

The first thing people notice about me

My kind, genuine presence. I smile a lot and usually make an effort to get to know others fairly quickly.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Me Talk Pretty Someday by David Sedaris, pretty halarious. I just finished Ultra Marathon Man by Dean Karnazes to get me inspired for my upcoming runs. The guy is a machine and a true inspiration!

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family. The friendship and love I have with them. Knowing that they understand me, and I them
  2. My healthy body and my freedom. My collective experiences that continue to shape me.
  3. Perspective and reflection. Being able to admit I'm wrong and/or need to change. My ability to do so
