The one thing I am passionate about...
I am passionate about about many things, but since I must chose one thing it has to be living life. Yes, I know it sounds like the sample answer, but hey.......it is the truth. Life is too short to worry, argue, and carry regrets. The focus should be on having fun, sharing moments, and being with the one you love.
I typically spend my leisure time
I like to go to the gym and work out...mostly cardio. However, I am not a "gym fanatic." I just try to keep all the cake and cookies off my waist (LOL). I also like to catch a movie once in a while, and going out to places like City Walk or Catalina Island. Ultimately though, I am up for doing pretty much anything when there is down time.
The most influential person in my life has been
Only one, huh? Well I would have to chose loyalty. However, true compassion, intelligence, and a sense of humor are also a must. I am looking for someone who is helpful and kind to others, affectionate and caring with the one she loves. Generally a happy person.
The first thing people notice about me
The consensus is my sense of humor. However, I am hoping to get a second opinion soon....
The last book I read and enjoyed
The last book I read was "As a Man Thinketh" by James Allen. It has one of the best statements I have ever read: "Circumstance does not make the man, it reveals him to himself." This is a great book on how thoughts become words, words become action, and action become habit.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- I am thankful for my health.
- I am thankful for my family and friends.
- I am thankful for all that I have in life.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
At the risk of sounding like the sample answer, I do have a sentimental side that is hidden until you get to know me. I have saved items from grade school, high school, and other important times in my life.
Friends Describe me as
Affectionate, Funny, Intelligent, Loyal
A little more about me
I also volunteer a lot. I am on the executive committee for the school district, and recently was accepted as a Special Olympics coach. Helping and teaching children develop character is a rewarding thing for me.
