More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I'm passionate about people, the environment, school, and love. I love my son, music. I've always been passionate about the environment, even before it became necessary to be concerned. I'm extremely literate, love to read educational (psych, geology), slice-and-dice, serial killer murder mysteries, Anne Rice's vampire series, historical fiction, and the occasional romance-bodice ripper. (They're pretty steamy and definitely get my juices flowing. I love museums, art history and ancient architecture and how it influences our present buildings. I love shows about the cosmos, geology, and sciences, and history. Mosty, I'm passionate about love.

I typically spend my leisure time

I like going to the beach, boogy-boarding, going to music concerts and movies. I love to read. You very rarely find me w/o a book handy. I love to dance and swim, hang out with my friends. I love being with the one I love on all levels.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I'm grateful for my relationship with God though I'm not a bible thumper. I have faith in a loving God who is always there for me.
  2. I'm grateful for my sense of humor which has carried me through some very dark places in my life. I've found that being able to make people laugh can pull them out of their depression. It really helps if you can see the irony and humor in life. Keeps you sane.
  3. I.m grateful for my 25 year old son who is incredible, my mobile home which is slowly being remodeled, and I'm grateful for where I live in Central CA.,which is a stone's throw to the beach, a artsy college town, and is absolutely beautiful.
