More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

My work in Choice Theory and teaching others how to apply it to find their own happiness

I typically spend my leisure time

My liesure time consists of maintainin my home, cooking, watching Discovery Channel, Nat. Geo Channel, and writing my books.

The most influential person in my life has been

Honesty, genuineness, and friendship

The first thing people notice about me

My choice to be happy and how I am driven to teach others how to be happy and how to resolve conflict.

The last book I read and enjoyed

"Medication Madness", Dr. Peter Bregin . . . how brain meds have no curative powers and do more harm than good.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My personal religious beliefs for the source of my strength (This is private and not something that I push or preach onto others).
  2. The growth of my practice and the work of Dr. William Glasser, MD. . . the giant of whose shoulders I stand upon.
  3. My home; my friends who are now deceased; and all of the heartache and suffering I experienced that brought me to where I am today by turning my scars into stars.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I don't expect anyone to notice anything about me right away. Each person sees and perceives what they do in their own time and by their own means. I'm in no hurry to be noticed by others as long as I'm noticed at all.

Friends Describe me as

Caring, Funny, Genuine, Happy

A little more about me

Common values bring people together. Common interests keeps them together. The surest way to destoy relationships is to criticize, blame, complain, nag, punish, threaten, or bribe/reward to get one to do someting they don't want to do. We don't do these things to our best friends so it makes no sense to use them on those we love the most. Doing so destroys respect and loss of respect destroys love.
