The one thing I am passionate about...
I love the arts, I have played piano since a child, from classical to many of my contemporary favorates, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Nat King Cole, and was raised in a house that rented rooms to art school strudent, along with a father who was a carpenter who has made a corner chair for the Nixon White House. However all these things mean very little to my life, my life has been more spiritually, loving and directly kind toward people all my life searching for that one just Right person to spend the rest of this life with. To get to really know me before meeting me, you might want to type in my full name on the computer, John Kennedy Rizzo.
I typically spend my leisure time
As an author and musician, naturally--I love playing piano and reading, and also with a captains license, I love sailing, as my adoptive parents were fishermen off Montauk Point Long Island, New York. Most of all, leisure time and anytime--I love it to be with my partner, kissing me desperately all over my face, passionately, as I am caught up doing the same with her, as if it is our last time together; while embracing each other atop one another in our very own undefiled marriage mat of love.
The most influential person in my life has been
An Honest, faithful, woman, with solid Christian values that wishes to grow we me on these everlasting principles daily. Who loves life, and celebrates it whenever, as often as she can. Loves me more than I cherish her, and is grateful to have such a warm, loving compassionate man to love and guide and share every thing this life has to offer; but mostly what we as a pair have to offer each other, every day and every night--simply looking forward to being together side by side, just you and me. Whatever else is a mystery for us to discover, as the future in God's hands will take care of itself, as my friend, Dr. Bernie Siegel says. Well,
The first thing people notice about me
My happines and optimism, sense of integrity and fairness. My powerful presense and strong personality; ironically, at the same time, my humble heart for all people.
The last book I read and enjoyed
James Baldwin, a book of personal struggle, one of overcoming the odds in life, and indeed doing so. I forget the title. But the book that inspired my reading career was, The Old Man and The Sea by Earnest Hemmingway--also a book of one of trhe most intens struggles, much like my adoptive father who also was a fisherman from Montauk L.I., he always had a great challenge before him, but he made it to the top, literally, with one of his pieces of furniture he made for the nixon Whitehouse in 73', after he became one of the finest 18century cabinetmakers in America--though as he would have it--dying as a poor fisherman back in his home town of
The three things which I am most thankful for
- That I am alive and able to share my very special insights and many talents with others to lift them up, while further applying these God-given gifts truly care for others.
- Especially working alongside my brothers and sisters in the most profitable fashion; and one day hoping to be with one woman to spend the rest of this amazing life's journey together with.
- And of all these things, being grateful each and every day for whatever it brings, along with listening closely to your partner's own needs and concerns, and tying as much as able (as your main purpose is in life) to please her and see that she is all right, ultimately, in order to move forward as a well functioning family of two or more.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That I have hidden disabilities, such as chronic pain, double vision and other neurological disorders due to a head injury when I was 17, in addition to several spine surgeries including the installation of metal rods in my spine; in addition to the various medicines I must take.
Friends Describe me as
Genuine, Loyal, Passionate, Spiritual
A little more about me
I an not yet a weathy man financially; I hope to be, as I once was before (long story). But as I said, I am a man full of all the wonderful loving qualities I have already mentioned, and would love to share my life with a faithful woman who also believes in me and my own personal values, as I wish to believe in her and cherish her as a gift from God.
