More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Art in all its forms fascinates me and feeds me. My personal art form? Crochet, it can be so creative! Music moves me to feel so much, I couldn't live without it. My taste in music can be very eclectic. I have a great fondness for animals, babies and baby animals! I'm glad my kids are mostly grown, looking forward to the grandbabies now.

I typically spend my leisure time

I love to get outside and play in the dirt! Gardening, I haven't had enough time for it lately. I like to go for walks, in the forest, up the street, on a beach, wherever. I love to crochet and I'm always trying and changing new patterns and coming up with my own. I love to make things for people that make them happy! I love to cook for other people, especially family. It's wonderful having them all gathered around the table.

The most influential person in my life has been

I'm looking for someone who knows how to go with the flow of life and hold my hand while doing it. Someone who has lived enough to be interesting. Someone who knows the difference between right and wrong and chooses wisely. Someone who will inject love, laughter, hugs and kisses into each day.

The first thing people notice about me

My creativity and spunk, and that I smile a lot.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I actually read 50 shades of Grey. Most boring book ever. Twilight goes to college. Back to mystery/suspense please! Anything with a worthwhile message. I eat books!!

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My children, they are my greatest blessings.
  2. My mistakes, they have taught me and brought me to the person I am today.
  3. Humor, it has taken me through good and bad times with a smile on my face and in my heart.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

My fragile but hopeful heart.

Friends Describe me as
