More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about faith, art, writing, music, politics, learning, and people in general etc.. It's hard to put everything on a list...

I typically spend my leisure time

I love to paint, and writing too. I am working on a series of books at the moment. I am also preparing for an art showing with a friend who also paints. I also love learning, which is why I am in online college currently. I am a home body, probably because there isn't much to do here besides hike, climb, backpack or socialize with friends. If I were in the city I am sure I'd have a different routine.

The most influential person in my life has been

Honesty

The first thing people notice about me

My smile.

The last book I read and enjoyed

I read A New Earth by Ekhart Tolle. It was interesting. i am not buddist by some of my close friends are and I have to sa that I was curious. I liked it because it brought up some pretty cool points. The book was about finding your true life's purpose. Pretty heavy, I know! It took me a while to read it.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am alive and well. I have all my faculties and am bodily able to take care of myself and others. I have good health. I am truly thankful for that! With the economy the way it is right now, it is hard on a ton of people out there, not just in the U.S. but everywhere. I am greatful to have a roof over my head, and a job that can pay for the things I need. Life is so wonderful. There are up's and down's but the best things in life are unplanned, and I love life! I am not rich, nor do I really want to be. I have what I need...now I want a man!
  2. I am greatful to be working and be able to provide for myself. I am also greatful that I can be confident that when all is said and done, I will eventually be able to help provide for a family of my own in the future.
  3. I'm greatful for my family, and that they encourage me to get an education and are very supportive of my goals, and achievements, which are not many, but hey, I'm still young! Three things to be greatful for on a list is not enough. I am in a place of love abundance and I cannot think of any reason I should be...sad. I feel great. There is room for improvement in my life, but I think it's best I take it one day at a time.
