The one thing I am passionate about...
The environment, clean air, clean water, no offshore drilling, no more arctic exploration for oil, alternative energy, reconstituting the Constitution, family, friends, and pets. Endangered Species Act, Volunteer Work, Donating Blood and as a nation we should worry about our homeless, elderly, children, and those in need before sending foreign aid to other countries. Clean our own house and yard and help our neighbors before we worry about others. Australia is a good example, primarily because they aren't policing the world.
I typically spend my leisure time
In my leisure time I enjoy visiting, when possible, family and friends, or at least talking to them on the phone; reading; or watching Natgeo, science channel, history chanel, etc. Its just too hot in La. to do much, in Massachusetts I enjoyed Mountain climbing, skiing, swimming in ponds, biking, walking, and the awesome music scene. When it' time for the boys of summer I'm an AVID Red Sox Nation member and watch all the games I can. Of course I cheer for any team playing the Wankees. My alternate team is the Phillies. I dislike football, especially LSU (if you want to know why I'll tell you someday)l
The most influential person in my life has been
Honesty with monogamy across the miles until we can move together or I can move to wherever Mr. Mr. lives. I am pursuing my 2nd bachelors degree in Nutrition. That should be finished in approximately 2 years while I live in Hammond, LA. If you aren't interested in moving somewhere we decide together or waiting until I can move to where Mr. Mr. is, then please don't start communication. It'll only be a facade and ultimately a heartbreak for both of us. So please be respectful and take this EXTREMELY serious.
The first thing people notice about me
People say they notice a kindness and gentleness yet barrell of monkeys in me.
The last book I read and enjoyed
It's by Ann Rice under a pseudo-name (the actual word is absent from my mind) nom de plume? One day you may know
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My 23 year old daughter who has finally decided to settle down and go to a community college. We are now friends and can communicate.
- For my education, especially my Yoga training, as it helps me physically, emotionally and spiritually. It also allows me to donate my time to mostly elderly, quadriplegic, and paraplegic with the same resources from the infinite, using modifications.
- The Infinite Light which has let me overcome all of the obstacles I've faced in my life that many would consider horrors, but I've learned were tests to make me either emotionally or spiritually stronger. I've learned what make me me, and what I want in my life. I've learned to say Yes with my heart and no with my heart and mind in various situations.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
That I'm gullible which usually ends up with me getting my feelings hurt.
Friends Describe me as
Caring, Dependable, Genuine, Loyal
A little more about me
I don't play head games. I've read a book Radical Honesty, a self-help book on improving all relationships in your life by always being totally honest in everything you say and do in your life, in an uplifting, non-harmful way. Everyone should read it. It's so true in it's guidance.
