The one thing I am passionate about...
I am passionate about life in general. As my Dad always says, "Life's too short..." make the best of it. I have had the opportunity to travel the world. I love seeing new places and learning about different cultures. I have an entrepreneur mentality. I enjoy geocaching; it is a great way to see things you wouldn't normally see and to get out of the house (I tend to lose myself behind my computer or in a book often times). Above all else, my relationship with my family is very important to me.
I typically spend my leisure time
You will find me with a nose in a book, behind my computer, geocaching, talking with my family/friends on the phone, walking around a park/neighborhood/zoo, checking out good food, hanging with my friends, playing board games, playing Fable... it really all depends on the day and what is going on and what type of mood I am in. I may not have something particular in mind, but am all about suggestions - even if it is something I have never done before.
The most influential person in my life has been
Honorable. That sounds like an outdated quality, but not when you think about it. A honorable man is proud of the things he has accomplished and continues to look for ways to continue to succeed. He follows through with his word, whatever that might be. He is loyal and honest in all aspects of life. Regardless of the situation he may have found himself in, he finds a way to resolve the situation with his head held high. An honorable man takes care of his partner and strives to understand her the same way he understands himself.
The first thing people notice about me
My laugh... I have been told it is infectious. I enjoy to laugh, it really is life's best medicine. Even when faced with a stressful situation, I am usually able to find a way to laugh. It helps break up the tension and allows you to think through the situation more clearly.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand (1957). This book is so much more than politics... it is about how individuals view and work their way through life. Not simply how they deal with their career, but how they deal with relationships and life in general. You either feel you are entitled to love for doing nothing, or you earn it by putting your all into everything you do.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My family - their support and love
- My career - being financially stable
- My Health - being able to live life
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
I'm stronger than I look; emotionally and physically. I don't care for 'knee-jerk' reactions. Instead I prefer to take a few breaths to process information before making a sound decision. This applies to work as well as my personal life.
Friends Describe me as
