More about me

I typically spend my leisure time

I enjoy reading and playing games during my free time. For reading, I stick mainly to science fiction and fantasy. As for the games, I'm a fan of card games, board games, video games, I just love to play.

The most influential person in my life has been

I'm looking for someone who is upbeat, positive, and vivacious. Life comes with many challenges, but that's no reason to be negative and always looking to the dark side of things. Ultimately, life is what you make of it and how you choose to view it, and I'm looking for someone who understands this.

The first thing people notice about me

I tend to have a rather extensive vocabulary. I'm not trying to impress people or make myself seem better than others, it's simply that I have read a great deal as a child and growing up, and much of what I read became a part of my every day lexicon.

The last book I read and enjoyed

The last book I read was the second book in a series called the "Kingkiller Chronicles." The aspect I enjoyed most about it was the realism of the main character. The author was able to create a character that was of both heroic proportions, and yet someone who had very real weaknesses and didn't always succeed and everything he put his hand to.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My intelligence, my ability to remember things and figure problems out.
  2. A family that's supportive and caring.
  3. Good friends.

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

I try to be polite and respectful to everybody that I meet. I believe that civility is a virtue, and that courtesy is a large part of the equation that allows people of wildly different personalities and backgrounds to live together harmoniously, or at the very least with a minimum of yelling and throwing of objects.
