More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Serving the Lord and bringing Him glory in all that I do. I also like hunting, fishing, snowshoeing, hiking, snowmobiling, 4 wheeling, camping, road trips and most anything in the outdoors.

I typically spend my leisure time

I like hunting, fishing, camping, shooting, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, 4 wheeling, hiking, canoeing, and most anything else outdoors. I also enjoy volunteering at my church for building projects and doing home improvments for people that are unable to do themselfs.

The most influential person in my life has been

I am looking for a sweet and kind hearted woman that is serious about her relationship with the Lord and puts Him first in all aspects of life. I'd also like to find someone that enjoys decorating and making a peaceful and pleasant home. It would be a big bonus if she liked the outdoors. I've been into all kinds of outdoor recreation all my life and the only bad thing I've experienced is not having someone special to share it with.

The first thing people notice about me

That I am quiet. I think a lot of people think that I'm shy but I'm not really.

The last book I read and enjoyed

Unfortunately I've never been able to get into reading books and I've only actually finished three that I can remember. I did enjoy the books, it was just really hard to make myself reed them. The last one was ''the five love languages'' by Gary Chapman. It talked about the different ways people feel and express love and it taught me a lot about not only marriage relationships but relationships with close friends and family too.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. God's goodness
  2. Having a great family
  3. Being able to enjoy the outdoors

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

There isn?t anything that I wish people would notice about me. I actually don't like recognition at all. The Lord has given me a big heart for service but most of what I do is behind the scene and I don't care if a single person finds out. For the most part I don't seek approval from people.

Friends Describe me as

Creative, Good listener, Loyal, Quiet

A little more about me

I have been in the military for several years now and it has taken me to a lot of places. Some good and some bad. My first tour was in Germany and that was pretty cool. Had a lot of fun and saw a lot of beautiful country but by the time my tour was up I was definitely ready to come back home! I have been to Iraq and Afghanistan and those were not fun places to be at all! I've been in Alaska sense then and have loved almost every minute of it. In fact I plan to get out of the army and live there for the rest of my life.
