More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

The rights and privileges of ALL persons regardless of race, religion, gender preference, color, culture, etc. I am not an fanatical demonstrator, but rather a personal example of enthusiasm of joy in the differences of people and cultures. I LOVE to travel. And being a retired airline employee, I have quite a bit. And intend to continue, so I can cram everything into this one life of mine, I possibly can.

I typically spend my leisure time

A drive to a undiscovered little mountain town. Going to a movie. Meeting with some friends.

The most influential person in my life has been

I really am not LOOKING. If I meet a nice, kind, interesting, man (not a troll) that I enjoy his company, THAT'S GREAT! Double your pleasure, double your fun. And I admit it would be nice to be on the arm of a REAL man sometimes. The girls nights out, only go so far. But I would much rather befound than looking for.

The first thing people notice about me

Most definitely my laughing smile. Its amazing, if you smile at someone, it's almost impossible for them not to smile back. And if they don't, let them wonder, "What's she smiling at? I bet its something dirty." So either they will smile or their significant other will be pleased when they get home.

The last book I read and enjoyed

This is going WAY back. But it is still my all time favorite. Swan Song. It's along the same "line" as The Stand. However, a little girl who is disfiguredis the central character. She ends up saving mankind AND beautiful. Tell me, what woman would NOT love that?

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My healthly, hard working grown son.
  2. My healthy sweet mischievous 2 yr old grandson.
  3. Living to tell the stories.
