More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I am passionate about my relationship with God and everything else overflows from that, especially sharing Him with the world and praying for the world. My family and close friends mean a great deal to me and I invest most of my time in those relationships. I am also ?addicted to the written word? (quote from the movie Ever After) and I am constantly reading and writing?that is a huge passion for me. Those are perhaps my biggest passions but other things include warm weather and sunshine, enjoying all kinds of water activities, and working with children at my job!

I typically spend my leisure time

Reading, writing, and swimming are my top 3 leisure activities :)

The most influential person in my life has been

I'm looking for someone who is excited about life and who is ready to share the adventure! Faith, family, and friends are the three most important things in my life. I think it's essential to share the same values on a deep level but also to be able to laugh, have fun, and enjoy being together :)

The first thing people notice about me

What I've heard most often is that people seem to notice my smile. I am generally a fairly happy person and it can be contagious :)

The last book I read and enjoyed

The Orchardist by Amanda Coplin. It was a difficult but profound book!

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. just being alive!
  2. my family
  3. my friends

The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me

That I really crave deep conversations about things that matter. Small talk is exhausting to this introvert....
