More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

I hope to write a book someday. I volunteer to charities whenever I can. I love spending time outside, just going for a walk feels wonderful. Hiking is even better! I enjoy cooking simple wholesome meals.

I typically spend my leisure time

Writing, bowling, hiking, visiting new places, going for a walk, enjoying some quiet time in solitude outdoors or indoors, reading or watching materials that challenge my thinking or inspire me to look at life differently.

The most influential person in my life has been

Kindness, friendship, patience, and appreciation for the simple joy of living.

The first thing people notice about me

I have been told by some that there is a sense of calm, peace, and quietness about me.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family and friends.
  2. All the opportunities and challenges that have gotten me where I am today.
  3. The knowledge that I can choose to experience peace regardless of what is going on.

Friends Describe me as

Good listener, Happy, Intelligent, Quiet

A little more about me

I do not take life too seriously but I can be serious. Down to earth, maybe that's why I ended up being an accountant. I like the idea of being an entrepreneur someday. I believe that generosity breeds wealth. Appreciation and love go together. Some of my favorite quotes: "Chop wood, carry water" a Zen proverb which means to me that our daily life is our spiritual practice. "Fall seven times, stand up eight" ? Japanese proverb.
