More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Achieving personal goals, being the family go-to girl, tribal activities and activism occupy much of my time. But being Mom is my favorite and funnest commitment. Conversation, culture, history, adventure, activism, travel, nature and art in any form....lots of things in this universe to be passionate about!

I typically spend my leisure time

I often take short trips to nearby cities, scenic places or events. It's fun to find eccentric tasty dives, off the beaten path treasures and cool venues! But I'm not ashamed to stand in line for the latest trend either. I consider myself a city girl at heart but I live in the country and love it. I also enjoy walking, hiking or running in nature. While I value keeping fit and a healthy lifestyle, I will take a day off to relax, catch up and watch movies. Everything I do includes my daughter and her busy schedule as well. Hopefully, I'll find some adult time and a new adventure

The most influential person in my life has been

I am hoping to find a generous heart who enjoys adventure and wants to explore the neighborhood or world with me. If you're an intellectual, versatile, razor-sharp conversationalist, I'll be totally fascinated! On the other hand, please be a brave, take-charge man. I get tired of running the show ...even though I'm good at it. Some deal breakers are: practical jokes, uncouth behavior and Trump fans.

The first thing people notice about me

I'm not sure but my ethnicity is the first question I usually get.

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. I am thankful for my family
  2. I am thankful for my tribe and culture
  3. I am thankful for the beautiful natural world we live in
