The one thing I am passionate about...
believing in my own thoughts, beliefs, successes, my pursuit in career in IT, and making a comeback. My faith in God is more of a silent type because I am not one that harps around, trespassing on other people values and successes. I embrace thoughtful people that never put themselves first, but their kindness, their hard work and willingness to embrace the future. Yes, I don't speak God's name because I don't feel it is necessary to. I know I am doing the best I can for him without having to harp his name. (I feel he may grow annoyed with me if I did.)
I typically spend my leisure time
I love to road trip to Minnesota whenever I can, and I love to produce videos, working with various 3D art, text, and experiment with videos in different ways.
The most influential person in my life has been
I'm looking for a close friend as well as someone that would like to settle someday. Having similar interests isn't necessary, but someone that could be a good friend and not just some stranger that is not going to pity me for being alone is someone that I would like to spend the rest of my days with. I'm both a spiritual person, as well as someone that likes to dive into the geek world every now and then and I am not ashamed of it. I think honesty is important above all else and if we're honest about ourselves as well as to each other, we could get along.
The first thing people notice about me
It really depends on who you ask. Some consider me quirky, funny, and enjoyable to get to know. Some see me as hard-working, dedicated to my goals, and respectable. There are those that see me as cold, numbing, and mysterious, and sometimes that shows more when I first get to know people. Overall, some know my story and will either like it or not like it and may or may care what I feel about things. Some see me as opinionated and knowledgeable, but I bury it inside of me because I know others may not care about what I feel about something. Some see that I can be stubborn in some views and open in others, depends on the wisdom of others.
The last book I read and enjoyed
Dante's Inferno. Even though it was a dark minded book, it did provide me some insight what the author was thinking about when he wrote about the seven stages of hell.
The three things which I am most thankful for
- My friends and family are important to me since they are my life
- My laptop so I can spend hours on end on my hobby making videos
- Having enough grit and determination to keep going another day.
The one thing I wish MORE people would notice about me
I can be quite a romantic with my old southern charm that is underneath all of my geekiness endeavors that I like to pursue. I just wanna be viewed a regular guy who works hard towards his goals and someone who enjoys for what he does.
Friends Describe me as
Good listener, Intelligent, Rational, Romantic
A little more about me
I think I have told what I needed to say, but I don't do it out of malice or stubborness. I do share with my life with God without to mercilessly mocking others, trumping my values over others, or even humiliating others just to see them hit rock bottom. I offer my strength of will, my intellect, my words of wisdom, and my humor (even though dry at times) to embrace and to defeat life's challenges. As to my future wife out there, I offer these things and my loyalty to that special person to make this world a better place.
