More about me

The one thing I am passionate about...

Being in the outdoors; hiking, biking, running, swimming, listening to the birds, etc. Intellectual stimulation; reading, good conversation, surrounding myself with like-minded intelligent people. Music. I play music and i love listening to a variety of music. Dancing, singing, going out to see live music. Enjoying good food. I'm passionate about caring for my health i.e. organic/whole foods, staying active, and taking care of my mental health. I'm passionate about being kind and compassionate and always working to be the best kind of person I know to be.

I typically spend my leisure time

Anything outdoors: hiking, gardening, exploring wilderness areas, natural hotsprings, etc. I love playing music both on my own and with friends. I love to read. I enjoy spending time with people I love. I LOVE traveling. And in my more mellow moments, I enjoy reading a good book or occasionally "vegging" out to a good movie.

The most influential person in my life has been

Someone who's funny, yet introspective. Someone who I can enjoy comfortable silences with as well as talk their ear off when I'm excited to share with them. Open-minded, open-hearted personality who's ambitious and passionate about their path in life. Someone who strives for happiness and personal health, as well as kind and compassionate to all.

The first thing people notice about me

My warmth/ability to make friends

The last book I read and enjoyed

Lamb, by Christopher Moore (hilarious). Non-violent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton

The three things which I am most thankful for

  1. My family and friends.
  2. My good health and strong body which allows me to be so active.
  3. My optimism and ambition which has allowed me to achieve wonderful things with my life.

Friends Describe me as

Ambitious, Loyal, Optimistic, Spontaneous

A little more about me
