As a research analyst, Mr. Beber is responsible for providing statistical analyses to the numerous ongoing studies at eHarmony Labs. He brings with him expertise in quantitative methods in psychological research, as well as expertise in personality theory and assessment. Prior to joining eHarmony, Mr. Beber worked with the Center for Public Policy Research at University of California, Davis providing statistical and methodological consulting on various projects for the state of California. He also previously conducted research validating personality assessments, as well as investigating the stability of personality over the lifetime and examining external factors that could influence changes in personality. Mr. Beber holds a Masters degree in Quantitative Psychology from University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Kansas.
