Ms. Maywood combines her clinical research and coordination experience into her role with the research team at eHarmony Labs. She assists with coordination and execution of international and marriage studies. Prior to joining eHarmony, Ms. Maywood partnered with the Department of Labor, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Salvation Army in order to implement and coordinate social living programs for homeless veterans who had chronic mental illnesses. She provided neurofeedback therapy as part of a pilot study aimed to treat post traumatic stress disorder in veterans. She has also facilitated numerous support groups for sexually battered women and adolescent survivors of incest as a part of volunteer work with the YWCA. Ms. Maywood received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on psychiatric rehabilitation from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology and sociology from Western Michigan University.
