		<description><![CDATA[I spent Thanksgiving with my family, and when I told my dad about this, (my dad being a better chef than I), he advised me that if I&#039;m using whole herbs like I did in the marinade, I should take a mortar to them to release all the oils.  So do that.  

Also?  Already thinking about next year.  ;)]]></description>
