It is easy to throw the diet out the window as early as Halloween! JustMommies has come up with some ways to manage your sweet tooth this October 31.

Tip #1: Buy Halloween candy one day before the festivities – that way the sweet temptation is only around for the shortest amount of time possible.

Tip #2: Buy treats you don’t particularly like!

Tip #3: Take your kids out after you finish dinner and are pretty full.

Tip #4: Opt to give out non-edible, fun treats like spider rings, wax vampire teeth or sidewalk chalk.
