Welcome to Open Communication, the eHarmony Blog

Hi, I’m Pam, the official eHarmony blogger, and I’d like to be the first to welcome you to our new blog. Along with our guest bloggers, we will give you a window into all the exciting things that go on every day at eHarmony.

Why did we choose to call this blog “Open Communication?”  One of the things that makes eHarmony different from other online dating sites is our thorough, five-step communication process that allows matches to get to know each other. The final stage of this process is called Open Communication, where matches communicate back and forth freely in a safe and trusted environment.  That’s our goal here as well.

What can you look forward to reading about here?  Yes, we’ll give you the scoop about new product features and share heartwarming stories from the thousands of couples who eHarmony has brought together. We’ll also talk about the latest relationship research from eHarmony Labs, as well as dating and relationship, wedding planning and parenting tips and trends from our eHarmony Advice, Project Wedding, Weddingbee, JustMommies and Fertile Thoughts web sites.

We look forward to being in Open Communication with you.

P.S. If you have a comment regarding your eHarmony account, please refer to our Customer Care FAQs. If you’d like to send an email with a more specific inquiry, just click on a question in the FAQs and you’ll see an “Email us your question” tab. Or, there’s a Using eHarmony Forum on eHarmony Advice, our dating and relationships community, where you can get pointers from other eHarmony users.
